Yoga is a traditional science and art
that encourages the synergy of the Holy Trinity: Body, Mind and Soul. As life
is influenced by three energies – creation (Brahma), maintenance (Vishnu), and
destruction (Shiva), and their continuous blend.
Yoga is a journey which drives one towards
Samadhi – a state of higher spiritual insight, tranquillity and oneness with
the Universe. Yoga is a road to peace, togetherness and true happiness. For
thousands of years ancient Yogis in India pursued these sacred techniques to
achieve the highest state of Consciousness. According to Indian mythology the
first Yoga teacher was Lord Shiva, and his first disciple – Parvati, Shiva’s
wife. Although the Yogic tradition is aged, it is still ongoing and getting

livelihood to achieving “moksha” – liberation. But, what is more, today Yoga
can be practiced by each and everyone, everywhere in the world. Yoga is popular
